Very straightforward and very helpful. It will make you go through all of the trainings to get to the next step. However they are necessary to prepare you and provide all the info you need to get your baby started on sleeping like a baby lol. It is paid so be mindful of that factor. However it is very detailed, you just have to stay on top of your entries and schedule

Really helpful for sleep training!

So I used this app for sleep training with my 1st when he was 4-5 months old. We are big Pampers fan in my household so I loved that they offered this service. It really came in handy for understanding sleep schedules and how to sleep train. My son is now a fabulous napper and sleeper all night long. I will definitely be using it with my 3 month old soon.

First of all, this was super easy to download and get set up. They walked you through every single set up that it needed and I love that you can take different courses to help train you and your baby on how to help them get proper sleep, also you can put in when they took a nap and slept and when it ended and it would give you good suggestions for if that was good enough or maybe to try doing something different.

This was a great tool to get my babies sleep scheduled sorted out quickly. We were very happy with the results and now we have her sleep schedule set!
